Using cohort filters for screens
Overview
Cohort filters let you view screen data for specific groups of users. You can compare how different segments behave and whether certain audiences interact differently with the same screen.
Applying a cohort filter
Open a screen.
Click the Cohort Filter dropdown.
Select one or more cohorts.
The screen updates immediately.
What updates when you filter
Filtering changes all screen data:
Session count
Actions list
Insights
Analytics
Sessions available to replay
This helps you answer questions like:
Do new users behave differently?
How do high-value customers navigate this page?
Is this screen failing more often for a specific cohort?
Removing filters
To clear filters:
Open the Cohort Filter dropdown.
Click Clear or uncheck all filters.
