Exporting, sharing, and embedding screens
Overview
Sharing Screens helps your team collaborate, document findings, and track product changes. You can embed a screen in tools like Notion or Confluence, share a public link, or download a PNG image. This article explains each export option.
How to open the share menu
Open any screen.
Click the Share icon in the top-right corner.
Sharing options
Embed in Notion
Copy the Notion embed code and paste it into any Notion page. The live screen preview appears directly in your documentation.
Embed in Confluence
Copy the Confluence embed link and paste it into a Confluence page to show the live screen snapshot.
Share public link
Generate a shareable link that allows anyone to view the screen, even if they are not logged in.
Download PNG
Click Download Image to save the screen as a PNG file.
