Using properties for screens

Overview

Properties let you view screen data for specific groups of users. You can compare how different segments behave and whether certain audiences interact differently with the same screen.

Applying a property

  1. Open a screen.

  2. Click the Property dropdown.

  3. Select one or more properties.

The screen updates immediately.

What updates when you filter

Filtering changes all screen data:

  • Session count

  • Actions list

  • Insights

  • Analytics

  • Sessions available to replay

This helps you answer questions like:

  • Do new users behave differently?

  • How do high-value customers navigate this page?

  • Is this screen failing more often for a specific group of users with this property?

Removing filters

To clear filters:

  1. Open the Property dropdown.

  2. Click Clear or uncheck all filters.
